Prepare for the game on Sunday with these tips:
· Bundle up with loose fitting layers and cover all exposed skin. Guests may carry in blankets (without zippers or compartments), draped over their shoulder during the security screening process, as well as portable chargers and non-dry cell batteries (both no larger than 6″x3″x1.5″) to power heated apparel. Battery packs must be disconnected during security inspection.
· Fans needing additional layers on site may visit one of the many Pro Shop locations that will be stocked with warm-wear.
· Stay hydrated. All guests may bring in one factory sealed bottle of water, 20 ounces or less.
· Warming stations will be located throughout the complex:
o Exterior: Red warming trailers will be available near parking gates 3/4, 5 and 6, as well as inside Lots B, C, D, F and G.
o Interior: Nine warming stations will be located inside the stadium:
§ One at the bottom of each of the four Field Level spirals.
§ Near the Jim Beam (north) and Crown Royal (south) bars located on the Upper Level.
§ Near the Red Zones on the east and west sides of the Upper Level.
§ The Season Ticket Member Kickoff Countdown tent, located on the Plaza Level near Gate G, will turn into a warming zone at kickoff for all fans.
· Visit the new Kingdom Lodge to purchase a variety of warm beverages located near section 102 or grab a cup of hot chocolate available for sale at all Chiefs Bar, Tailgater and Blaze locations on the Field and Upper Levels.
· Fans who pledge to be a designated driver at one of the Fans First Booths will receive a coupon for a complimentary cup of hot chocolate.
Fans who are unable to attend Sunday’s game can tune in to WDAF-FM (106.5 The Wolf), the Home of the Chiefs Radio Network, as “Voice of the Chiefs” Mitch Holthus, former Chiefs WR Danan Hughes and sideline reporter Josh Klingler call the action. Tico Sports will produce a Spanish-language broadcast on KPRS Hot 103 Jamz HD2 (103.3.2 FM) and on KSSA La Ke Buena (105.9 FM) featuring Enrique Morales, Oscar Monterroso and sideline reporter Hannah Bassham. Both radio broadcasts are also available to stream on the Chiefs Mobile app within a 50-mile radius of the Kansas City metro area. Sunday’s game will be broadcast on CBS (KCTV5 locally) where play-by-play announcer Jim Nantz, analysts Tony Romo and Jay Feely, and sideline reporters Tracy Wolfson and Evan Washburn will deliver the call.
Stadium Gates and Mobile Entry
All GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium gates will open at 3:30 p.m. for the 5:30 p.m. kickoff. Gates for guests with tickets on the CommunityAmerica Club Level will open at 3 p.m. Guests are reminded to access their mobile tickets and parking passes in advance of the event and add them to their mobile wallet for expedited entry. Bud Light will be sponsoring a rally towel giveaway at the gate.
The Ford Tailgate District, located in Lot M on the north side of the stadium closest to Lancer Lane, is a free space for all fans to enjoy drink specials, food trucks, tailgating games and live entertainment leading up to kickoff. The Ford Tailgate District will open at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday and will feature performances by DJ Lazer and Big Time Grain Co.
The Chiefs introduced the GEHA Deck in 2019 as the home for two gameday traditions – the Drum Honoree and the Tony DiPardo Spirit Leader. Chairman and CEO Clark Hunt will serve as this week’s Drum Honoree.
To help celebrate the franchise’s 60th season in 2019, the Kansas City Chiefs introduced the Lamar Hunt Legacy seat at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. For each home game, the club selects a Season Ticket Member to honor with this special recognition. The two gold seats are located in Section 121 of the lower bowl, symbolically positioned under Lamar Hunt’s name in the team’s Ring of Honor.
This week’s Lamar Hunt Legacy Seat honoree is Lori Haley. Haley is a breast cancer survivor who worked for the Federal Reserve for nearly 40 years before retiring in October of 2021. Haley has been a lifelong Chiefs fan since the 1960s and she has been a Season Ticket Member for 33 years.

The NFL’s clear bag policy is in place for all events at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. Fans can visit www.chiefs.com/stadium/clearbag for important information on the clear bag policy and a complete list of permitted and prohibited items. Although the clear bag policy is in place, guests are encouraged to avoid bringing a bag into the stadium, if at all possible, to expedite their entry process. Guests will experience a more seamless entry through the new CEIA OPENGATE security screening technology at all stadium entry gates this season. As guests approach the stadium, they should keep items in their pockets and/or clear bags as they pass through the new advanced screening devices while following the direction of security personnel. All fans should keep moving through the screening gates at a normal pace, as there is no need to wait for the person in front or to stop unless otherwise directed.
